Victims of Wilma in Broward County FL need help!!
I just spoke with my Aunt who is stuck in Fort Lauderdale Florida.
She said that for the 4th straight day in Broward County only very small handful of the FEMA locations that was supposed to be providing water, ice & food to the people there was open. They have yet to see or hear from anyone from the Red Cross either.
Thankfully the Salvation Army has been working hard to feed at least 1 meal a day to some.
98% of Ft. Lauderdale is without power. And there is no fuel available for people there to supply generators with. My aunt drove up the turnpike to a gas station and waited 8 hours to get her $20 ration. They just got word they aren't expecting power to be back online until Nov. 18th.
There is aid going to Miami, but none of it seems to be getting to Ft. Lauderdale, which happens to have been hit harder than Miami. But that is Jeb Bush's fault. There's a reason the focus is on Miami & it's not due to triage. The Cuban/Hatian vote in Miami is HUGE for him to retain his office.
Please, get the word out that there are people north of Miami who need help & aren't getting it for no good reason other than Jeb Bush's personal agenda!
I originally thought about having people contact the Governor, but at this time that wouldn't be effective. The best way to get these people help is going to be to get them attention via the media.

Please contact any of the media outlets above or others that you know of & let them know this is a dire situation & getting worse by the second.
