Keith Olbermann is my new hero.
For a while there Jon Stewart was #1 on my modern american heroes list. But in recent months he's backed off the bleeding edge & taken it VERY safely.
Rising out of the muck is our new hero. Keith Olbermann. Shirking the conventional wisdom that days of memorium are not days for dissent, he steps up to the plate & knocks one out of the park.
FINALLY, someone has the balls to say what no one else in the media is saying. Progressive such as myself have their voices heard on primetime television.
Here's the commentary that left me slack jawed & in disbelief that someone finally said what i feel:
Who knows the firestorm that this has caused at MSNBC though. They didn't hesitate to fire Donahue when he made cases against the war in Iraq. One can only wonder how long Keith Olbermann will be there.
Here's another clip blasting Donald Rumsfeld. Not quite as scathing, but still just as meaningful:

I'm not sure why you continuosly say no biased media jokes? Possibly because you know there is one. For instance the latest video being shown on CNN of a sniper taking out some of OUR soldiers. That is terrorist propoganda just the same as if they were showing video of them dragging the bodies through the streets over there. People who dislike this country need to remeber one thing. The door swings both ways baby, and don't let it hit you in the ass on the way out. If they truly loved their country they should spend more time putting forward positive ideas for change if they don't like what is going on. NOT just ripping on what is being done. The Democrats might actually be in power if they spent all the time and money they do on just pure hatred, on simply putting forward what they think needs to be done. Groups like Moveon.org and other narrow minded sheep like them who are simple minded worshipers of George Soros need to open their minds and think for themselves and not just mindlessly follow the drivel that America hater keeps spewing.
